I think its damn close between those two drivers and I also think Alonso has improved since his Mclaren days, but so has Lewis. Id give Lewis the edge in out and out racing. Alonso the edge on political wheeler dealing, and possibly in development. But then he's in a team who value and listen to him.

I agree Myown non are with £30 mil, which is why I said respective to each other.

An unlikely scenario, but then again, this IS the Daily Mail... :hehe:

LH in a Lotus would be quite something, but I seriously doubt it.

Interesting; I assume it will be Raikkonen/Hamilton and not Grosjean/Hamilton... if it is Raikkonen/Hamilton, it'll show clear intention of what Lotus want to achieve. I wouldn't mind a straight swap with Grosjean; the Frenchman is clearly very fast; he has even put Raikkonen in the shade somewhat; how high up the table would he be if it weren't for his mishaps?

^ Could be fun to watch a pairing KR - LH, two McLarenites duking it out at Lotus, Renault, Benetton, Toleman, whateverthef.ck their name is/was/will be.

That song takes me back to the ITV days... I was half expecting Jim Rosenthal to make an appearance :P

Tony Jardine on the bass? Maybe Mark Blundell with the maracas.

I don't see Hamilton leaving McLaren. I mean, if he did, the only place where he can try and replicate his greatness would be at Red Bull and Red Bull will still be backing Vettel and not Hamilton and Vettel equally.
