Win another title then go?! how long is that going to take? I can't see anyone but Ferrari winning both titles next year and the year after that. I think this should be Ron's last season he has done a good job, a great job but a new man at the top would mean new ideas. Martin Whitmarsh has been waiting so long to get the top job and keeping Ron Dennis around for sentimental reasons isn't going to help anyone. Least of all Mclaren
I believe Ron Dennis still has what it takes to run McLaren. What happened in 2007 could have happened to anybody in any team.

No.

Until you reveal whatever hidden agenda you have with McLaren and Ron Dennis, nobody can even begin to listen to you on points pertaining to the man and his organisation.

Martin Whitmarsh's career has been bubbling along nicely for quite some time. I believe Ron Dennis still has what it takes to run McLaren. What happened in 2007 could have happened to anybody in any team.
That's true but only Ron Dennis could have handled it the Ron Dennis way. Which we now know is the wrong way. He alienated Alonso and declared his support for Lewis publicly then after the season was over he tried to bring charges to Renault. I think Whitmarsh stepped in and said to him to back down because you are damaging the team. No matter how good a job he has have done his time has come to step back and enjoy his retirement.
