Actually it would still be the pinnacle of motor sport. Rather than just giving it the beans, the drivers will have to learn tyre management - much like Button last year when he played the waiting game and ended up with some great finishes. It is possible to still be fast by going slow.
Why not just have a time bomb in the tyres which will set off at any random time? "More aggressive"...lol
wouldn't surprise me. The drivers will be going ultra slow on the corners to make their tyres last. The last driver left with four intact tyres on their car wins
