Kim-Jong-il died of heart attack

[bud]

if only his dictatorship died with him, the baton is passed on as is the threat of nuclear war.

[Hammer278]

1 arsehole dies, another 5 are born. Fact.

[vlad]

He was a nice guy...

[andrew]

He was one guy that controlled a political party of several people who share the same beliefs.

I don't really know if this is a good thing or not. He's waved 2 fingers to the bullies west for years, and that isn't a bad thing, but North Korea's human rights record is terrible. With a potential leadership change, cue renewed efforts by NATO to keep North Korea in the dark ages by not allowing them to have the toys that other nations have. Mark my words, it's going to get nasty in North Korea now.

[What's Burning?]

Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely, that's a given. What I'm currently still debating is whether absolute power, has the side effect somehow influencing a dictator's fashion sense.

[madbrad]

I honestly did not know he was that young. I thought he was really really old. Was he sick?

[Hammer278]

He was so sick they made his last name 'Ill'.

Nah seriously, you don't know if it was because of sickness or assassination...could be anything.

[McLaren]

One dictator dies ,another takes over. There won't be any change.

Dibs on his sunglassess and swanky safari get-up!

Dibs on his sunglassess and swanky safari get-up!

Rumor has it he wore frilly undergarments under the safari get-up. You want dibs on those as well or do we let the Queen have it?
