standing up for Max haha what a joke and yes Racechick the fact Renault and even further back Toyota didnt have to go through any of this proves beyond a doubt that Max has a vandetta against McLaren. Standing up for such a person says alot about the person who supports him

McLaren are screwed for 2008 they cant make any technical advancments on 3 key areas of the car they might aswell just not compete.

I've already explained my reasons for saying what I did and continue to stand by them. You should also note that I did not just blame Ferrari-FIA.

demure read between the lines thats what Max has said to McLaren. they are saying that to get in the good books.
i can Guarantee if McLaren had taken that path originally Max Mosely still would have been a prick about the entire thing and the same outcome of losing the constructor championship would have prevailed.

It sure sounds like RD's convoluted style - he just didn't sign it as to not discredit the statements as insincere.
McLaren/RD offered the development stop in those 3 most affected key areas as an olive branch or should I say sacrifice offering for peace - they virtually assure thereby their participation in 2008 with a car that incorporates illegally obtained Ferrari data/knowledge. I think that's a pretty sweet deal.

Texas and Mike are the Tifosi on this forum, I like Ferrari because of Schumacher, I've said it before I'm not Tifosi.

Tex is one tifosi who understands both sides of the fence, mike is the one eyed forced upon birth tifosi who you couldnt swing no matter how hard you tried.

all in all the real blame comes down to the FIA in how they have dealt with this event. not saying McLaren didnt do anything wrong but the FIA in how they have dealt with this compared to 2 other cases of the same matter suggest corruption and as a McLaren fan we ALL have no reason to apologise for anything!

I want an apology from Ferrari fans for saying McLaren were guilty before any investigations were carried out, for believing it was fine for the Ferrari team to conduct a media smear campaign against McLaren, for ignoring the fact there were other issues affecting matters other than spying, for posts that have been made on this forum with the sole intention to hurt and annoy McLaren fans, for being told the team I support (and others) were inferior to Ferrari and that Ferrari were worthy of extra help from the governing body, for denying past incidents of FIA-Ferrari collusion, for seriously believing Ferrari are the keystone of Formula One, for the personal attacks Ron Dennis has had to endure, for the mistruths some have spoken about McLaren with a view to lowering the team's reputation etc. etc.
