We really need rain to light up this upcoming borefest.

Yeah 5 weeks until we see another Hamilton win....the Spa conqueror.

Nice try...
but next time you're bored try to keep on topic ;)

DRS activation zone will be on the start/finish straight with the dectection zone being before the final corner.

Hope that gives us some of those awsome drifty passes into T1!!

How do you know Ferrari were the only one on a 'wet' setup?

Because it DIDN'T rain. And Ferrari ussualy suck at weather predictions. :banghead:

I wasn't bored, and I wasn't trying to deter the thread off course. Take it easy alright?

And my question was how does anyone know Ferrari were the only one on the wet setup. No wonder you can't read well since you bang your head so often. :nono:

Some points DC makes about the Hungaroring:-

'Should be firmly in red bull territory.

Not regarded as a classic but shows great driver skill.

Long apexes where you need to be comfortable committing and can lean on the car for long periods.

Physically hard.

One of the most telling races for judging thne relative performance of team-mates.'

Well all that should make for an interesting GP!

I can see the headlines now. Ex F1 driver loses ability to form sentances. :hehe:

Pray for the weather to remain as cool, or RAIN. McLaren & Lewis will handle the rest!

I didn't had much expectations from this weekend, but p1 gave me a good reason to believe that Mac will have the pace to a good result....

Yes, an encouraging first practice session. So far, so good.

He better get his crayons out and design a new system then. If he's lucky, Uncle Martin might stick it on the fridge.:rofl::rofl:

Seriously, these things are not that easily changed. It's all linked to teh design concept of the rest of the car to a very large extent.

Im sure not. But not a good idea to just not bother eh? And Lewis drives it, he doesnt design it.

Exactly, he drives and doesn't desing it. When drivers come out saying that a component needs improving or redesigned, I always cringe as they are not engineers or aerodynamic experts.
