Piquet Jr. may be just as arrogant as his dad was when he was still racing, I cant say personaly, but on-track result's are what count's.
Some people say the days of charasmatic F1 drivers is dead, true we don't have James Hunt or Eddie Irvine with fit ladies hanging off them today, but we have got people like Kimi the iceman who when sober sounds like Bryan Robson, but when drunk is a different man.

Piquet's attitude problem will be good for the sport, because you need to have lots of different varieties of characters in any sport. One trait I hope Jr has picked up from Sr was his sense of humour. Will he do the old "pretend the trophy weighs like a tonne of bricks" trick when he gets on the podium? Will he pour a jug of water into Max Mosley's jacket in a briefing like Sr did to Balestre - to which Mosley's response will probably be "HUMBUG!!!" unlike Balestre who burst out laughing.
Mosley would probably terminate his super licence and take him to court.
I agree that Piquet's arrogance will be good for Formula One. We haven't seen too much wheel-banging in the last lot of years.
but at least fisi has gone!
wouldnt it be great if renault and alonso won next year?
