However, in his time with Ferrari, Räikkönen developed a reputation for not working to develop a relationship with his engineers, not extending himself to provide them the feedback they regard crucial to the car's development. He's a lone wolf, marches to a different drummer, pick your cliché. Vettel is the exact opposite. So it makes little sense to make Webber redundant, not for his race results but for his indifference to team goals, and replace him with someone even more obstinate.
At least it's not Hamilton or Alonso.
Raikkonen would definately blast those 2 away! I'd pay good (or bad) money to see that!

I think too many people regard Kimi to high myself.Seb would beat him for sure
Red Bull motorsport consultant Dr Helmut Marko calls reports that former world champion Kimi Raikkonen will return to F1 with Red Bull, "far-fetched and total nonsense". Marko also added that one of Red Bull's three junior drivers would replace Mark Webber when the Australian is ready to step down.
