lets look at this from 2 perspectives.
mark webber: if he decides to leave he will most likely not get signed into a big car, he wont get win, he wont get good results, if he wants success, albeit even if it most likely doesnt include the wc then he stays at red bull. imo he has to be sick OF RBR or maybe hes got it in the head that maybe he can win the wc with another team, whatever it is, it would be advisable for his own sake to stay.
RBR: at their perspective, they want to have 2 great drivers, a world contender, and a driver like webber which can bring results, protect vettel from others in the championship table, and have good chemistry, id keep webber, if we talk about replacements then id get rosberg.
Full verdict: i say he stays 60/40
other 40 percent is me hoping rosberg gets a good car
