When it's time to bbq the weather is never a factor imo.

Living in Texas wouldnt be any factor in that would it texasmr2? I imagine after 3minutes of subzero temperatures you would quickly move the bbq inside

I've been subjected to subzero temp's, I have family in Colorado, and it does not hender me from getting the pit going, I usually have a beverage in-hand while bbq'ing so I'm alway's warm and toasty  !

I agree. When you see a good lookin steak at the butcher, you gotta have it. If it means going outside to start it and cooking it......so be it! I've done it in -30C weather before.
