Yes congrats to Seb but I was hoping Alonso could have passed him and I do not agree with the rule that allow's tire's to be changed, they should have finished with the tire's they had imo.

Yep, totally agree with the tyre thing. It could of played out so different if they stayed on the same rubber.

My understanding is the red flag is like being in the pits so you can work on what ever you want. It would be unreasonable to allow teams to work on other things but not on tyres

but that choice isn't what won him the race, so techniquely he didn't make the call. the race was won under red flag and a change of tires. i'm afraid you can't pick and choose what he did to win. had they continued running the race on the choice he made i don't think he would have won. he had two faster drivers behind him. the change of tires under the flag maybe within the rules but really it was a cheat. had the race continued as was he wouldn't have risked a change of tires.
