One does indeed feel that Hamilton would've piled on much more pressure when behind Vettel/Alonso at the end.

Ridiculous. He would never have won it, it was between Alonso and Vettel...Jenny was simply a spectator throughout. If anyone deserved driver of the day, it was either Vettel, ALonso or Lewis.
Did you watch the race? lol.
The team made a bad decision especially with the tyre choice on his 2nd pitstop which was made worse when the safety car pretty much dumped him behind Vettel and than by the end of the race he could have quite easily snatched back 2nd when Alonso got through but again got unlucky with the red flag.
He drove by far the best, was quickest for the majority of the race and pretty much had the win in the bag until Vettels luck streak hit.
When ALonso got through?? Alonso was right behind Vettel, and Jenny was keeping a breathing space all the time praying to his Tyre Gods for some mistake from the 2 in front! There was no attempt whatsoever.
And McLaren and their strategy, yeh, no surprise there they simply made life hard for Jenson, as they normally do for both their drivers. My point is Jenson doesn't deserve driver of the day, all he did was drive fast when he's ahead and then simply follow other cars like a puppy tail. He didn't have Vettel's pressure, Alonso's pressure/aggression on Vettel.
