So an RB7 is clearly going to win the WDC, what driver? They might as well be tweedle dum and tweedle dee, the cars so good it doesnt matter.

Mercedes race pace isnt as good as we'd thought.

Martin Whitmarsh and im no conspiracy theorist, is either a button-lover or a complete idiot. always different strategy to lewis when button qualifies behind, stupid pit calls in aus and china 2010 that cost lewis wins(over none other then button), acting like a complete vegetable in interviews when Lewis wins. Just a total tool.

Ferrari are fast but unlucky really, its little consolation to them though, as the title is done and dusted.

Kobayashi gets into the points again, if webber or massa retire/move anytime soon i hope somebody takes him on, itll be absolutely obscene if he just sees out an average career at sauber. Let the Japanese driver prejudice go, he's something else.

Webber needs to hurry the hell up and take the fight to his teammate, he beat him to race wins and poles throughout last year, what on earth is going on this year? Stop making the title race so crap and pick it up!

Vettel is on another level this year, too high for him! That's what's going on.

One thing I noticed from this race is the poor pit stop work from Ferrari. Red Bull and McLaren are doing 3 second stops, whilst Ferrari were doing 4 seconds. Each time Massa came into stop, he seemed to lose position to someone. He could have done a better job, but those stops certainly ruined his race.

I'm liking the racing this year. Some less confusing races would be nice, but I'll not complain compared to last year.

I think its the tyres thats the problem for Webber this year. Vettel doesnt wear his out as much.

Can't blame Whitmarsh for this? Even without the bad pitsop I don't think Hamilton would've had third.

Im not arguing he would have, hamilton finished where he started.

Im blaming Whitmarsh whos in charge mind, for so many poor decisions that only seem to swing one of his drivers way, some are absolutely ludicrous

Can't believe this but I've found myself rooting for Alonso!

He was driver of the day i think, even though he lost P2 in the end.

Yes he drove a very good race, good battles for the duration and actually slightly contested Vettel, which nobody else did. But Mark got the jump on him due to a very good drive, specially his last stint. Also, Kobayashi... incredible comeback.

mistakes aside, Mclaren and Red Bull are consistently below 3.5sec... Ferrari is consistently above 4 sec.

The action is insane! i like how its impossible to know for sure what the final positions will be.... we've had podiums changes in the last 5 laps or so in pretty much all races, the midfield is a battleground, and drivers who start last or around have been able to climb back to the points.

Very interesting, and i th ink its what people wanted: less predictability. Its much more confusing now, sort of like American football hehe

The most pitstops ever in an F1 race with 80+ (I think it was 81) with 15 drivers stopping 4 times for tires.
Lots of 'Plan B' calls given the track and tire conditions - so, as I predicted at the beginning of the season, teams, at certain tracks, do entertain a 4-stop strategy.

and all those tires were left on the outside of turn 8.
i thought they were going to bring out an SC just to sweep ;)
