Everyone does... apart from Williams, and the new teams there as been a surprising little amount of DNF's. China if it wasn't for JA would have had no retirements!

Things like that are unlikely to happen again, 'cause it was a clear strategic mistake by the team.
Engines suddenly stop revving, spark plugs suddenly stop sparking, team mates suddenly stop cooperating with one another... anything can happen, and last year is proof of that. If anything Red Bull's car last year was more dominant than this year's car and look at the amount of chances they gave both McLaren and Ferrari to take the championship away from them.
The RBR seems more reliable this year compared to last year (apart from KERS)
