Interesting question. Firstly this forum in particular is one of the first results that comes up searching "F1 forum"
Surely given the modernisation of drivers today, and the fact that despite their fame, are human. They must hae searched these forums from time to time, maybe even a member! Just to see whats being talked about them and stuff. Surely some have to do it.
A few things from Hamilton that made me think so, first on twitter he acknowledges he has "haters" now given how much dissing he gets in F1 forums and the terminolgy used thats intriguing, its the most common terminology for internet criticism, dont really hear that in "real life" circles do you? Its a very internet term.
Also, theres talk on forums all the time about how drivers "have no balls" Hamilton in the last two/three seasons has pretty blatantly said things like " no no the weathers fine (korea) or in his most recent interview " im a racer and people want to see racing, they want to see overtaking....... but i appreciate all the support hes had"
These two comments dont do it justice, and we know the drivers are computer-literate.
Thoughts?
