It says 'Banned' under his name - find an old post of him and you'll see or look him up in the member list.

Oh yes. I hadnt even noticed a members list  Does that mean he is banned forever? Or do you get banned for a certain time depending on how bad you've been? What did he do? Or is that secret?

Some inappropriate posts some of which got deleted by admin.

I guess he could in good old Ron Dennis style lodge an appeal to the Forumula World Council and we would consider the matter some time down the road :)

EXCELLENT  !!! I hope we will let RD back in the future because he doe's know alot about F1 and I saw alot of 'personal' growth from him but that ended quite abruptly. Funny how a few simple word's can change thing's so quickly.

Nah, 1/3 will be Ferrarista, 1/3 will be BMW-Sauber and 1/3 will be - I don't even know...probably Place de la Concorde folks.
Just kidding :D

Common sense should and will prevail on the parole board provided the case is strong

Back to the topic, your forgetting one very simple fact mate, when McLaren got hold of the information they USED it. What they should have done was have complete transparency and go straight to the FIA/Public and hand the information back, without making copies.
.

McLaren got hold youre suggesting Coughlan wasnt on his own! in that case wouldnt Ferrari be filing a law suit against McLaren and not Nigel Stepney and Mike Coughlan?

USED it? the first hearing they had no evidenct they used the 780 page dossier which Coughlan had in his possession
2nd hearing the one where the 2007 season was made null and void you know that one?! the evidence that they "used" was not the 780 page dossier at all you might want to read the transcripts, i can print out a hard copy i can mail to you if you cant be bothered reading from the link?
Any regard there was no evidence of use of Ferrari information on the McLaren car. SImple but aside to that youre a fool if you think this is the first of its kind in the long history of F1
A FOOL! You dont think Ferrari has been at the other end of the stick at all? recent memory why not look to when they pouched benettons design team and wonder what they took with them!
But anywaywe are talking engineers! bunch of geeks if you ask me!!
Is that like California?

Same Mediteranean climate as LA

Hey demure wish i knew of this town you talk of when i was in high school, might have saved myself come money!
But DD demure is from Queensland, thats where they play rugby! they like tackling men and sticking fingers up each others bums! enough said! and when not playing rugby they dont wear shoes and go lick cane toads to get high

Will be interested to see what happens next year when General Motors have the right to take over all the shares in Fiat that they do not ownalready.I have just been reading the number of changes to higher managerment at ferrari.A sign of things to come?.Bernie the poison dwarf should realise that his attitude will kill F1,just as some of those who run CART in America did.

jean todt is an idoit but come on everyone the appeal was always going to fail. Mclaren was just wasting thier time

No. Everybody knew the appeal was going nowhere. McLaren would have known this too. What has highlighted is the hypocrisy of Ferrari, the FIA, and how the rules and penal system are seriously flawed.

it may have highlighted hypocrisy but who has egg on thier face? not the FIA or Ferrari just a Mclaren team that seem desperate

Highlighting hypocrisy would show them to have egg on their face wouldnt it? thats if you agree they highlighted hypocricy!

Just shows their rules only apply depending on the situation, that situation depening on how it affects Ferrari. The timing of the season shouldnt make a s*** all difference on the governing of the scrutineering of the cars! if it was the first race of the year they would have been declassified from the GP and the cars behind would all move up the classifications. thats what happens when a car doesnt pass scrutineering, no Monetary punishment or oly docking constructor points.

bud you are correct and I 100% agree but my point is Mclaren must have known that the decision would not be overturned so why appeal? highlighting hypocrisy would make no difference to most people who are ferrari haters no matter what they do. they just made themsleves look like a desperate team resorting to desperate measures

Im sure the reason for appealing wasnt to look desperate.

post race briefing at Brazil. If youre correct ;)

"Norbert Haug" i think we should show more desperatation, Ferrari show passion which no other teams allowed to use as thats akin to using Ferrari information. Desperation seems a good slogan to have for us!

"Ron Dennis"
ok on that basis we shall appeal! and to throw more desperation out into the media Lewis we need you to say you dont want to win the title through the court of appeal. And Lewis quit with the teary act!
