Woulda, coulda - is not a fact though :)

Perhaps not. What is a fact is Ferrari cheating hypocrites! 8)

Nah, that's not a fact either, just supposition, and it actually fits McLaren better than Ferrari...

It's not supposition for I've proven it and will show you the workings of it now:

Ferrari have sought to win the title off the track, most recently in 2007. Todt says this is justified and pursues it regardless of the consequences for the sport, which Todt also he wasn't worried about. Then, McLaren, let's say for the sake argument, definitely do decide to appeal the result of the 2007 Brazilian Grand Prix as a bid for the title. To Ferrari this is 'desperate' and unfair (insert other synonyms).

Now, when a scientist, for example, thinks he has discovered something it is a theory. When it is proven it becomes fact. Likewise, I have proven that Ferrari has fulfilled the criteria for being hypocrites.

Nah, you've proven nothing. You've just proven that you're upset over your own team being cheats and bringing the sport into disrepute twice in one season.

Thats either a very naive view of what is going on politically in F1 or else you're trying very hard to wind up McLrenfan.

FIAT give them the cash they need to compete with car giants like BMW/Mercedes however they still make almost everything at their own factory in Marinello.

It does give them the right to be treated differently.

Take an employee in a company who's been there since day 1, he will get preferential treatment over newcomers, within reason, on certain political issues.

The pitlane is very different to a standard business but you see the point I'm trying to get accross.
Yeah. Ferrari are allowed to cheat, but no-one else can even bend the rules.

I just don't get his point. I'm not trying to wind him up specifically, if that's how it came accross I apologise...

Yeah people have been banned for that demure, but lucky for you, you dont support McLaren

but on that wind up of yours, how can you suggest bringing the sport into disrepute when

A. It was a Ferrari employee who instigated the whole mess, Ferrari's way of dealing with a disgruntled Stepney was the cause of his defection

B. Ferrari went to the FIA instead of leaving the matter to the civil courts as they did happily with two ex employees who stole information and brought it with them to Toyota

C. Ferrari played the dirty media card big time, leaking information about the case making accusations as truths to bad name McLaren

D. Ferrari appealed the world councils first decision

can go all the way to

Z. Ferrari are the biggest chicken suckers in the history of all sport!

No. Everybody knew the appeal was going nowhere. McLaren would have known this too. What has highlighted is the hypocrisy of Ferrari, the FIA, and how the rules and penal system are seriously flawed.

I believe RD got banned for repeated offences, had nothing to do with which team he supported. You've toned down your insults of late Bud, I used to be on the receiving end of some fairly horrid language from you, simply because I supported Ferrari and didn't agree with you.

Actually bud, you were most likely the reason why RD got banned. Your foul language set the tone for the rest of the board and RD was under the impression he could get away with saying what he wanted. If you need a reason why RD was banned you only have to take a look in the mirror me old chum.

Back to the topic, your forgetting one very simple fact mate, when McLaren got hold of the information they USED it. What they should have done was have complete transparency and go straight to the FIA/Public and hand the information back, without making copies.

Instead McLaren's true colours came out and thier actions did all the talking. That's why they got fined, that's why the FIA threw the book at them and that's why if Hamilton took the title in 2007 it would be completely Hollow.

It says 'Banned' under his name - find an old post of him and you'll see or look him up in the member list.

Adelaide has a stigma about it, commonly referred to the pot capital of Australia.

There is a small town in Adelaide where you can legally buy pot, I've only heard of it, never been there...

Loads of Stoners in California?
