Written enough on this, but have to say again that I completely agree with RC on this.
100% agree, and what's more, I hope they realize how stupid this rule is before it gets a chance to ruin races and they scrap it before the actual season starts.

Lucas di Grassi on the new wing:-
" It will be good for overtaking obviously, but besides the aerodynamic performance there is another consequence. You can use the adjustable win g in qualifying,so the car will be set up to hit the limiter in seventh gear at the end of the fastest sraight. that means when you come up behind a car in the race, you wont just bounce of the limiter and can gain a speed advantae when the wings open. So that will engineer in more advantage from the tow, as the cars with closed slots won't be topping out without compromising their qualifying. Alos how you use the wing in qualifying will make some difference, even if its only a few hundredths of a second on the staights, because of a slight difference in when you activate it. I'm against generating artificial overtaking. A pass should be like a goal i football, not a score in basketball, and shoul be a big reward for the driver"
The wing can be used without restriction in practice and qualifying.

That is my entire point about this ridiculous 'rule'. The only thing I'm not looking forward to in 2011.
