FIrstly, although I'm the main culprit for posting most of these media reports about RBR possibly breaking the RRA I think we should bear in mind that nothing has been proven and RB themselves have denied it. Until there is proof they haven't done anything wrong.
Also, Stefano has said he doesn't think RBR or any other team would break the RRA.
But, if they have broken the RRA, the only penalties available would be financial. What is known is that if they did breach the agreement, they have to restrict future spending. If they failed to do that, you'd expect financial penalties, maybe have to hand over their Bernie-cash or simply a payout to the other FOTA teams.

But what happens if they are proven to be guilty? Obviously too late to take their titles away (for example) now...
They will have less money allowed for the coming season as a punishment according to the agreement.
And if they break that as well?? What then??
Is a very good question. Either it's a pretty weak enforcement system or the Press have done a pretty poor job finding out what it says.
