This is bound to raise a few eyebrows me thinks.

This is a quote from an interview with Max Mosley:-
"At the last FOTA meeting last Thursday," Mosley revealed, "Red Bull asked for an exception."
"If that's true, that can only mean they spent more than they were allowed, and now they're asking for the (other) teams' okay."

Apparently the team that vehemently espoused fairness and equality for their drivers didn't think they should apply the same morals to their agreements with the other teams.

If it ends out being true, then, for me, their championships this year are tainted.

If it came from Todt I would have some questions but coming from Max I call :bs: .

I was one of the biggest anti-Max people during the latter years of his reign as FiA President. But, I will say this about him, although he had too many crack-pot and silly ideas, he wasn't someone who outright lied about things.

If this is a true story, it is very very bad for Red Bull, their management and of course their 2010 championships.

Max was a shyster yet I realize the good he did for the sport but his opinion is irrelevant now so why even consider it as it does not matter anymore.

Agree completely on Max, but this isn't about him, its about Red Bull cheating and breaking their agreement with the other teams.

Fair enough - you don't think anything Max says has a chance of being true. Disagree with you there.

Brilliant of you to point out that I raised it, I doubt anyone could have worked that one out from the fact that I posted and started the thread. You should really think about entering Master Mind. Here's my suggestion for your favourite category "Stating the bleeding obvious"

No I don't simply because he has nothing too do with F1 anymore thats all I'm saying. It's ok to disagree because we are simply volleying opinions right?

Not worthy of a reply from me  .

If its true its a poor show. But remember Ferari had a secret veto no one knew about for years...Max knew about that.
