That choice is deliberately and knowingly putting other people at risk, big difference between that and choosing to go horse riding.
@ F1er, So you're saying people should take the risk of being shot into account when choosing to go shopping or to school?
Eating burgers, smoking, horse riding, climbing mountains etc.. people are taking their own risk and are well aware of that. People don't generally choose to put themselves in a position where they are at risk of being shot.
But you see,it is the people that are taking the risk with guns as well when they agree with the constitution! "The right to bear arms"
All I'm saying is that when a person CHOOSES to commit a crime,he/she will do it with or without a gun!
That choice is deliberately and knowingly putting other people at risk, big difference between that and choosing to go horse riding.
To use my phone in the car I deleted all my German contacts, it's now Hans free.

. There are really ALOT of good honest police officers it's just that small margin who make the headlines thus implying that all US officers are either crooked or trigger happy. I wish everyone here could see how I conduct myself as you would be surprised. I mainly got into law enforcement to serve and protect, I know that is a concept that has mostly been forgotten, but I honestly believe in those words. I would give my life for my fellow man or woman, thats my oath and I will defend it until I die.
