Talking about Alonso...

I think he's not the nicest guy around personality-wise. That said, I think he handled those paparazzi in an okay manner. Easy, relaxed, and even with a hint of a smile.

Nope. This weeks article is a technical article about the new speck engines for 1213 , the pros and cons and the conflicts involved in developing them and maintaining cost controls.

oh... boring stuff

Yeah it was a bit heavy.and actually it wasnt this weeks, it was the 16th-23rd Dec bumper issue..and it arrived yesterday This week's arrived today and he writes about how cars would look had the techies not been shackled. There is a stunning picture of Adrian newey's virtual reality X1 Red Bull. 190mph average speed round Suzuka and Vettel took a virtual 20sec of his Suzuka pole time in it. Ive not read it all but hes talking about the two extremes i think, techies left to their own devices on the one hand and techies with the weather to play with to make a difference...artificial rain.

BTW i only called the subject 'boring stuff' as a sarcasm joke. The tech stuff vs a driver down-thumbing paparazzis or a driver's father crashing a Porsche...... was that asinine?

But yeah... his articles are pretty insightful, a bit too far reading at times.... but at least he IS writing about the stuff that make a difference.
