Jack, I think you're alone in this conspiracy theory, none of the respected sites, pundits or officials find any conspiracy in the events in Abu Dhabi. Why would Schumacher spin in the middle of the pack on purpose with a dozen cars coming at him at great speed, I doubt that Michael has a death wish, we all saw how close the Force India came to landing on top of Schumacher's head. Ferrari were not forced into pitting Alonso early, they were trying to cover Webber, the wrong driver!!!

Please, forgot about a conspiracy theory and focus your attention, if you can, in MS accident and tell me if you agree or disagree with me.
At Singapore 08 none of the pundits and officials said anything and it was so obvious.
MS has a nice record of accidents on purpose along his long and successful career. When he did what he did I’m sure he never thought that it could be so dangerous. Remember Nelsinho, he wasn’t afraid at all. Lately they have been so many accidents in Formula 1 without serious consequences. Security has improved a lot in Formula 1.
Ferrari were not forced to pit, but the mistake of his strategist was so, so big. And it wouldn’t had consequences without the MS action.

The difference is all of MS's previous "accidents on purpose" were to benefit Michael Schumacher - not somebody else!! What could Michael Schumacher possibly care about more than himself? He's not like Nelson Piquet Jr - a weak, impressionable boy who was vulnerable to pressure and influence. There is no conceivable way that Schumi did this voluntarily to help somebody else.

Unless MS found out that SV is the fruit of his hanky-panky with Mrs. Vettel back in the days...

The images are clear. He did it. If he has taken some advantage from that incident or not is something that I can’t know. But I can easily imagine a lot of different things. May be he’s done that just because he’s got the biggest EGO in the world. It could be a nice feeling for someone like him to play a principal role in the fight for the title again. Or may be simply “I help you to do that and you’ll help me tomorrow”. Who knows? Just use your imagination.
Have you watched him lately on German TV walking and talking proudly with and about Sebastian Vettel as if he were his most beloved son?

Jack Master, I'm amazed you didn't mention Kobayashi "conveniently " running wide and being unable to overtake Vettel as he came out of the pits. Just another cog in the wheel my friend.

Burning, my dear friend. I’m still waiting your answer to my last post. I like very much your passionate approach to the facts and your fierce animosity towards me.

No animosity whatsoever Jack and If you feel that way, I apologize for whatever I may have said to cause that. It's not worth anyone's time coming here just to be angry. I'm here for entertainment and learning. This thread is chock full of entertainment, but has very little learning content.

I've given you all of the opinions I've got on the subject already so I'm tapped out, but I'm still enjoying it.

Burning, my dear friend, I feel the same - tapped out. Let's go to the pub to tap in!

So..... what's up?

Michael's crash did affect the whole race. But there were ways around the issue during the race.

Was it a werid crash... yup. Dangerous? yup. Would he have guessed he almost lost a head? doubt it.

Is there proof it was done on purpose? nope.
Will anyone dig that corpse up? it took almost 2 yrs to unravel Piquet's crash........ so perhaps in 2012 so if Schumacher feels angry at Merc if the dont renew his contract.... he will come clean. Ross made me do it!!:)

As you know this is my first time in a Forum. I thought that forums were not only to have fun but also to debate and collaborate to find the truth that sometimes is hiding behind the focuses. I’ve tried my best, with a lot of mistakes, but I keep feeling that instead of a truly debate we’re having a frontal confrontation. All of you in one side and just me in the other. But I haven’t found in your posts solid arguments defending your positions, just: “that can’t be possible” or “you’re crazy and stupid” or “nobody else have ever said anything about what you’re saying”
Nonetheless, I will follow trying, perhaps with time; I find someone as crazy as I am that gives me a chance.

Is there no proof? Just watching the video, proves that he did it on purpose. If Jean Todt called it a bleak, why don’t they take a simple look at the telemetry?
I think forums are for treating those things with or without official proofs.
May be someone at the forum knows how to demand an investigation to the FIA or wherever. I actually don’t.

Just watching the video proves nothing of the sort.

Have you seen it? How can you explain the way it happened? And he did it at the right place in the perfect moment. Simulating a touch from Rosberg that never took place. He moved just a second before been touched. They were just acting. What a proof do you need, a signed declaration of culpability.
