Unless MS found out that SV is the fruit of his hanky-panky with Mrs. Vettel back in the days...
Le coeur a ses raisons que la raison ne connaît point.
Jack, I think you're alone in this conspiracy theory, none of the respected sites, pundits or officials find any conspiracy in the events in Abu Dhabi. Why would Schumacher spin in the middle of the pack on purpose with a dozen cars coming at him at great speed, I doubt that Michael has a death wish, we all saw how close the Force India came to landing on top of Schumacher's head. Ferrari were not forced into pitting Alonso early, they were trying to cover Webber, the wrong driver!!!
Please, forgot about a conspiracy theory and focus your attention, if you can, in MS accident and tell me if you agree or disagree with me.
At Singapore 08 none of the pundits and officials said anything and it was so obvious.
MS has a nice record of accidents on purpose along his long and successful career. When he did what he did I’m sure he never thought that it could be so dangerous. Remember Nelsinho, he wasn’t afraid at all. Lately they have been so many accidents in Formula 1 without serious consequences. Security has improved a lot in Formula 1.
Ferrari were not forced to pit, but the mistake of his strategist was so, so big. And it wouldn’t had consequences without the MS action.
The difference is all of MS's previous "accidents on purpose" were to benefit Michael Schumacher - not somebody else!! What could Michael Schumacher possibly care about more than himself? He's not like Nelson Piquet Jr - a weak, impressionable boy who was vulnerable to pressure and influence. There is no conceivable way that Schumi did this voluntarily to help somebody else.
