The 3 sessions we have currently are 10 times better than the old hour long session that it used to be.
Keep it the way it is i say.

dont get me wrong, this quali format is the best format we have had to date, but i just find the first two sessions a bit pointless when it comes to the battle for the first 2 rows, where lets face it, those are the positions that really count.

really it is no different to the old one hour format, everyone goes round and round for the first 50 minutes then pole is determined in the last 10 minute dash, just how it was in the past, everyone would fine tune for the first 50 minutes then go out and set a fast lap at the end.

Not true at all - you have to qualify for the next session and quite a few times some bigshot didn't make it into q2 or q3 this year, which in the old days never happened (unless some mechanical failure or accident took somebody out of quali).

I love the current quali ok it can get boring but when it rains or when the weather throws a spanner in the works it can be really entertaining and enjoyable and some big names can miss out like
Brazil 2009 and Spa this year was good in the rain also

OK I'll spell it out:
The first 2 sessions are to make the track clearer for the best 10 to go do their best.
The previous single car single chance was boring but it also had the chance of shaking things up, if a top contender happened to have a bad lap then.
