I don't buy the argument that the big teams can always get two parts, the front wing of Webber's/Vettel's in Silverstone being one example. The team made a decision there. Hekki seemed pretty vocal about Lewis getting new parts before him last season.

Also, allowing one driver the best strategy, hence he won't be the one waiting if they stack the pit stops,

Development of the car being pushed in a certain direction.

Simple maths, you have x money for this season's car development, its split half way between your two drivers, you then shift the ratio to favour one more than the other. . . of course the trick there is to work that ratio so it adds up to the best net performance.

Not to mention having your lead driver more comfortable and happier in the team.

While watching the race this morning and during Button's pit stop, one of the commentators mentioned something about Button complaining about being a guinea pig when it comes to tire strategy at Mclaren. I tried to replay it on the DVR but it wasn't on because of the delay. Did anybody catch that?

Actually it makes McLaren look worse than Ferrari. You will be hypocrites!

 right. how many races have we had since Germany? How many of those races has Button known he had a shot at the title? Compared to Massa who has been a b!tch for most of the season?
But I dont think it will happen in Brazil. In the last race Button might willingly move aside for Lewis if he has no shot at the title but that scenario is a long ways a way because we cant know what the points will be until after Brazil.

Mind you, I think Massa's out scored Button since Germany? I'm not sure. (Whilst, Hamilton's probably outscored Massa).

Also, your online strip is showing

Calling Massa such a rude word is a bit harsh. Hes a really nice guy, probably one of the nicest in the paddock. And that word should not be used to describe his lack of performance.

Neither is Jenson ;)
He may SAY and HOPE he is... but really really really... no chance anymore. The fight is strictly between Vettel, Webber, Alonso and Lewis.

It's easy to see the victim as a 'nice' person. I've seen him being a t**t a few times in his career...both at Sauber and at Ferrari when Kimi was there. He's not much of a saint.

I'm not seeing him as a saint because he is a victim, I have met the guy and he really was the only one who bothered to sign a few autographs when even Rob Smedley looked the other way. Its like calling Heikki that just because hes not racing.

Hell, we could call everyone in this whole forum that according to that logic.

Who wants autographs from Rob Smedley?? :hehe:

Well, then if Massas a nice guy because he signed a few autographs, Kimi should be the most hated driver today.

Yes but it wasnt one or the other. If you had the chance for both why wouldnt you? I mean i guess i am a bit biased because i respect Scientists a whole lot more than Rock Stars but i guess its not the same for everyone.
