Consistency?? It seems they've penalised Hulkenberg and Suthil retrospecively. Suthil committed his 'crime' on turn 7 of the first lap!! What were the stewards doing? Crosswords?
Just watched the highlights. Lewis had that corner and Webber just ran into him.
Hamilton said himself that Webber was in his blind spot, and thus must surely have known that if he was going to turn in then Webber might have been there somewhere! Hamilton could just have left more space like Kubica did in his similar move later on. I don't know what the hell people are expecting that Webber himself should have done to avoid that incident, it's laughable to suggest he should have a penalty really. He was almost alongside when Hamilton started turning in.
At least we have some consistency from the stewards now - no penalties given for any of the similar incidents we've had today and recently.
