Also, i've found out Alonso doesnt really drink water before the races. He drinks a pint of blood. Its all there, i've heard it and seen it on my spy satelite.

Mark was over the starting box in one gp, and diddn't get punished. Neither did Alonso presumably because he diddn't gain anything since a Williams saw red - pretty much literally.

I read that he may have been so far over the line that the sensor no longer registered. There is an amateur video from a fan on Youtube showing that Sutil right behind him was quite over the line as well.

That would mean that the sensors are actived when the red lights are switched on, I guess.
But wouldn't the sensor pick up an anomaly as the car would go "fully" past them in a much shorter time than the others/usual?

This went under the radar but apparently Spa this year (or once again) operated at a loss after the GP. It may simply be for negotiation leverage against FOM for their next contract but it's reported that they may not be on the calendar every year starting 2012 but instead alternating years between Span and the Nurburgring.

Apparently the sensors measure velocity, not position.

You know what...I think the FIA simply wanted to spare Massa the embarrassment of having a few pikeys push his car into its correct spot. All that while the other drivers wait in their positions all with WTF faces
