Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone is weighing up a bid by officials from Mallorca to try and grab Spain's second race from Valencia in the future.

story is here but this seems very nice. A track can't be worse than Valencia and what's most important - this venue won't be designed by Hermann Tilke, then we can see if other people can make interesting tracks. Unfortunantely right now it's a pipe-dream and it's planned to be in 3 years or so

Just ditch the European GP; it's just an excuse for another European country to get a second GP... I'd rather have a second race is South America.

And right now I'd take anything for Valencia, it really can't go worse than it is

And of course that is the Algarve Circuit, which might I add is just wonderful.

Only if it's at a classic track... Hermanos Rodriguez would be amazing, but it'll only ever happen in my dreams.

Ultimately though, it's a travesty that there's no French GP on the calendar any more.
