Its pretty interesting... so far it shows Red Bull arent simply dominant. They may be a little bit caught behind. While I thought it was going to be Mclaren and Ferrari having the edge, it seems like its Mercedes and Ferrari....

Doesnt matter yet, there's a couple of days left to analyse stuff by the drivers/engineers. Or in the case of Kimi, plenty of time to go hang out at the boat with chicks

I have a gut feeling Webber is going to put it on pole, he loves this track! Vettels f upped here in the past not so sure he has the edge on Mark here!

I agree that Webber is most likely the man for Red Bull, remember some of those awesome performances he's put in for Williams in the past. He could conceivably have won in '06!

Also, re: this not being a Red Bull track - Singapore wasn't supposed to be last year but they were still up there... and they were only a couple of tenths off Alonso yesterday.

I can't wait for qualifying, it's going to be the closest of the season so far!

Ferrari aren't normally fast in practice sessions either, so hopefully Alonso can do the business in quali. Massa's also looked pretty quick to at times.

that can happen. But so far, from what has been seen... at least it shows Mercedes and Ferrari have good performance to maybe challenge. Anyway... with all the work they do on thu-sat, and with Red Bull seemingly un-discardable, its just a show of who has a possibility to challenge or surprise.
