Yes, whatever in-race aero changes are allowed, I would think now more than ever they'll use that provision to the max.

the adjustable front wings are still in so that might sort some of the issues out with handling as the fuels goes down.

All this got said last year, about Williams having a better year. Maybe with a competent driver instead of Nakajima, they would have justified the predictions, but otherwise Rosberg was steady at best.

Their line-up this year looks better. Good mix of experience and youth, and if Hulkenberg can adjust to F1, a strong line-up indeed. Whether the car's up to scratch (well, I'm never very good at predicting that).
