From my point of view, LH was driving like a drunken idiot. Unfortunately he can't really blame alcohol, he did it on purpose. He wanted to scare other drivers and make them keep huge distance, so that no one can surprise him on restart. Typical "don't mess with me, I'm crazy" bullying behaviour.
I am not sure (yet) about this race as I haven't check on current rules, but FIA should have rules that will lead to swift punishment of such behavior in following races and seasons. Drivers should be forced to keep within, say, 5 and 10 meters away from car in front - no agresive acceleration or braking while behind safe car. If they are afraid someone else might have better restart than they do, well, isn't life a bitch.
As I said before in different posts, with every new race, every new interview kid looks to me more and more arrogant prick. But I still hope I'm wrong and he'll grow up to be not just big driver, but also big man.
I personally don't believe anyone to blame. In my opinion mark was far to close to Lewis car. Lewis was backing away from the SC. Mark should have been 5 car length away from Lewis car something webber conveniently forgotten.
It's possible but does no-one else find it odd that Lewis went onto the outside line which no-one else took and actually slowed down so much he was over 5 cars from the safety car?
F1 regs are
"The safety car shall be used at least until the leader is behind it and all remaining cars are lined up behind him. Once behind the safety car, the race leader must keep within five car lengths of it."
Webber wan't even that close anyway 'til Hamilton braked. Besides I'm fed up of it now and I'm sure everyone is by now - F1 officials will make the decision they make. It's all but over anyway

You can have it in any colour - as long as it's black. Or red. Or blue. Or green. Or white. Or navy blue. Or...
