I have no problem with them as long as they pay their way in society

Indeed, and to do so we need a system in place to allow them to do this easily through the legal route.

now that is the problem.

I also don't really understand why they want to come to Britain compared to anywhere else in Europe.

One person answered in the interview - because I speak english, which I think is telling. Britain's history of immigration, its multicultural make up, its international standing (industry, economy reputation) etc. Although I haven't seen any figures comparing immigration numbers into Britain with other European countries.

I am not sure on the numbers either as I assume that no country can record how many illigal imigrants come into a country. (if they knew how many where getting in why do they not stop them at the time)

Refugees on the other hand are a easily counted.

Spend some time at the US-Mexican border, at night, and not necessarily at the official border crossings - you'll have a better understanding how it is possible to give a good estimate, yet not be able to stop them.

Man I had the strangest dream last night and just before I wokeup I was running through a tunnel towards the light. I finally reached the light and there was a door in front of me so like any other fool I opened it only to find this, is it a sign of thing's to come!!! :)
