I find it incredibly difficult to believe Todt would be impartial. Let's face it, the man is a toad. And, even if he did try to be unbiased, I see a couple of issues. First, the chances are Todt is going to be partial unconsciously; it's tough to work for a company like Ferrari for so long and not to have any feelings for them. Dennis' comments on his involvement with McLaren were much more noble and truthful; we should admire him. Also, many people are going to regard Todt as biased, no matter what he does. Formula One has been repeatedly dragged through the mud in recent years; it needs a clean break with the past. Bringing back somebody who's up to his neck with the sport's worst excesses and corruption sends out completely the wrong message.
