I rate Rosberg more highly than Kubica...

REALLY ?!?!?!?!?!?

Really. And with a team-mate that could push him, he would go even faster.

I would rate Nico much much higher then Kubica too.

McLaren fecked up again then! What on earth were the tyre men up to?

Bloody stupid MClaren! What were they playing at! Cost LEwis the race!
Greetings from racechick in turkey! Birthday just been spoilt by McLaren! . But KING LEWIS is back!

Aye, and how many times has Hamilton cost McLaren points, podiums and victories?

Williams had another solid weekend, but they are still struggling to make the next step and get Rosberg on the podium. Rosberg is driving very well at the moment. He's now my first choice for taking Kovalainen's seat at McLaren. I rate him higher than Kubica, who's a gurn anyway, and Vettel is still too green. Rosberg has the speed and experience to do well for McLaren, and he gets along with Hamilton as well.

You can look forward having to watch the back of a blue and white car next weekend, infact I think Nico might have a chance at winning provided Williams have caught up enough with Red Bull.

Rosberg will not be allowed to beat Hamilton, even a blind man can see Kovalainen will always get inferior equipment and treated as a number 2. This is what Nico will have to put up with. He will be made number 2 to not only Hamilton but his annoying father and the pussycat doll as well.

Who cares if Kubica's a gurn? He's only gurning because of BMW's stupid decision to abandon the 2008 car when he won at Montreal last year and rightly so. A change of team will probably put a smile back on his face. I think today Kubica was an unsung hero as a lot of people - including myself - believed his race was screwed thanks to his poor lap in Q3, but he got a point and crucially finished ahead of Webber.

I can count four, maybe five. And those are just the ones that pop straight in to my head.

The one that springs into my head? Why it's a "Fuji Moment". :)

What is with you and your anti-McLaren bile? Stop being so childish, just because Williams have taken some criticism (a lot of which is justified), and because Rosberg is looking elsewhere to advance his career. The fact of the matter is Rosberg has given his all for Williams and could have left a little sooner, but he choose not to, appreciating Williams' history as a legendary team and wanting to bring them back to the top of Formula One. But he has legitimate doubts over whether this is possible. Rosberg is no mug: he knows fine rightly he is a top driver, capable of winning championships, so he's not going to move to McLaren unless he's guaranteed a fair crack of the whip. Furthermore, Keke Rosberg is still chummy with McLaren and points all of his other clients in the team's direction, knowing full well the team operates as fairly as it can. So, I doubt, too, that he would send his son to somewhere where he's going to get a poor deal.

A lot of my anti-McLaren "bile" is also justified. I've remember a lot of your older posts which are a lot more "childish" so don't try and and play innocent by disguising it all in long posts.

If Nico's going to leave, I'm not going to stop him, but I feel he will not get anywhere at McLaren as long as Hamilton is there and the team will always give Hamilton the superior equipment. Deal with it McLaren Fan. :P

Meanwhile Algy did another steady, solid job today and kept his brakes intact unlike Buemi.

Mclaren's mistake with Lewis was disfortunate... but a direct result of the pressure from Rubens. He kept constantly pushing and matching (improving) Lewis' pace, so Lewis had to be called early. Also, had it not been for Heikki being so slow in the 1st stint, Rubens would have taken the win, botched pit stop or not.

So in the end, the best drive won. It was a FINE drive from Rubens, and Lewis wasnt as 'safe' as to say Mclaren lost him the race.

Seeing the brake issues that have happened this years European GP the teams are most likely have to develop new brake disc material so that they will last next year with all that fuel.... All because a certain team rejected the width increase of the brakes...

Formula 1 drivers are supposed to be the best drivers in the world, why should they have their skills less tested? 19 other drivers in the race today managed to keep their brakes intact until the end of the race.

Williams. Every other team wanted to increase the width of the brake discs for next year from 28mm to 32 mm so that the current brake materials will last a race with the heavy fuel loads. Because it has been rejected the teams will have to spend more money developing new brake disc materials.
