I can see this KERS ban being scrapped then i mean Williams could sell it to the new teams, or the new teams could deveop there own.

If Williams gets their KERS working, they will use it in 2010 which will open the flood-gates on the FOTA ban on KERS. McLaren, Ferrari, and Williams could recoup some R & D money spent on developing KERS.

So 2010 could be Williams' year ... providing they get a decent engine supplier.
