With McLaren losing all constructors points for this season, they lose the title, sure. But that's just the beginning of it.
They lose all their TV money (ballpark $50-60m) which is deductible from the $100m fine - nevertheless, the total loss just from that remains the full $100m.
As the last of the constructors in 11th position, they lose their privileged and generous pit allocation: instead of 5 garages near the front, they'll get 2 garages next to Spyker (or whatever they'll be called by then
). Their monstrously huge hospitality center won't fit anywhere. Which might be a blessing in disguise because they will also have to pay for all their transportation costs and so they would save some dough if they didn't shlepp that thing all around Europe. So basically they'll have to slim down and squeeze into a much smaller dress next year - could be a problem for Haug
