My diet for the past week has basically been Tom Yum Goong.
I love it without the seafood
My mouth is watering just thinking about it, ohmygosh.
I make it myself too, so I can add more of everything I love, and less of everything I don't

My local Thai restaurant makes the best chilli crab.
It's was the first time that I ate seafood in a very very long time.

I went blackberrying today. I got LOADS! So made some pies- six, and here they are. Note I have the essentials of life on the table with them!!(There was a lot of crap on the table too but I moved it off for the photo.- Not literally crap of course, just rubbishy stuff)
