I've gone a bit mad on baking recently and thought I would share with you all some of my culinary delights ;)

My first attempt at pizza, a sausage pizza. Sausages slightly burnt but still tasted miles better than normal shop-bought pizzas.

My second attempt, a 'vegetarian hot'. Not very good at rolling pastry out so that it's circular... Very yummy though, whatever the shape ;)

Mmmm Pizza. Those look delicious, I always try and cook food made out of fresh ingredients and avoid frozen or processed food. I've always wanted to try and make my own Pizzas, doesn't look too hard either. :)

A word of warning: Don't try and copy Jamie Oliver and mix the whole thing on your work surface. Your kitchen ends up looking like a flour bomb has exploded. Use a bowl.

I'm attempting to grow some veg (easy stuff like tomatoes and courgettes) so hopefully will have some nice home-grown stuff to put on my pizzas in future

Jamie Oliver's Pizza recipes involve about a quarter gallon of olive oil. I remember watching a programme of his where he drizzled olive oil over the whole thing after every new ingredient. he then cooks it and after he takes it out, me and my friends were joking about how he'd probably add some ore and goes and pours a load in the now opened clam shells!

That looks delicious. :)

I remember when we had to make pizzas in 'food technology'. Our teacher's recipe involved a pastry-like base. Nastyyyyyy. :P

For my Pizza dough, I would probably like to make one of those nice soft bases which rises when baked, just like the Pizzas you get in restaurants in Italy and the South of France in the stone-bake ovens. :)

And then when you go to Sainsburys they charge you a fortune for something just because it's got Jamie Oliver on it.
