I'm not bad but there is alway's room for improvement just like everything else in life . I tried a new marinate tonight for my 'beat to hell' tenderized chicken breast and experimented with the temp. They turned out tender yet still very juicy, I do rock when it come's to cooking! Cooking is kinda like fishing in the sense that it is NOT rocket science but experimenting and pushing one's comfort zone of flavor and keeping an open mind. I'm gonna make one hell of a 'wife/stay home dad' some day !!!!

Hell no!! I went to the Outback Steakhouse one time, and it was horrible!!



Ah sorry I forgot about the Aussie's, I've never been to an Aussie bbq so I wouldnt know how good you guys bbq. Its one of the many reasons why I need to visit Australia!!
