Well I went to get my physical done today and they could not pass me because my daym blood pressure is still to high, 178/114 :( . Man I have been eating right, close to an even 200lb's now, and have been keeping my stress low and personaly things are going great. On a very positive note I found that my old family doctor is still in business, I have not seen her since '91  so I had all my test faxed over to her and will see her on tuesday and get my blood pressure medicine. Once I get it I will monitor my pressure for two weeks and if it gets back or close to normal, I only need a 140/90 to pass, I will go back to finish my physical, wish me luck :wavey: .

Try to seriously reduce your salt intake. I don't even have salt at home and substitute it with real spices that don't increase your sodium level.

I have virtually cutout sodium since I went to the hospital and do not put salt on anything and never have. I eat nothing but fresh fruits and meats, drink nothing but water-milk-fruit juices and KoolAid which is sodium free so that is why I was so astonished that it was still so high.

So I go see my doctor this morning to get my prescription and she takes my blood pressure and it's 140/90!!! I could have passed my physical yesterday with that reading :irked: . Well I needed the medicine anyway so it will only get better and I'll be starting my real training next week I'm just waiting for my ankle to heal. I woke up tuesday morning and I could barely walk on it and I dont know why, all I can think of is when I was running to catch the phone at work on monday in my cowboy boot's.

Update: Although my body weight has stayed the same, between 205-208lb's, since I started working out I have more definition overall  . Since I am down to 6 weeks before my LEO class start's I have decided to hire a personal trainer for that extra push/motivation and to assist me with my nutrition/cardio program. I am going to talk with a female personal trainer/bodybuilder I see regularly at my gym, I have seen her competition photo's and she is awesome!!!

I jacked in my job, leave in 2 weeks... Who would know such a small company could make you soo depressed. Onwards and upwards now... I havent been ver happy for several years now, had depression etc but now I reckon I going to be much happier :) I havent found a new job yet though :/

Also, passed my theory test today  Hopefully taking my driving test next month or beginning of september.

Okay I still having a few problems with my self confidence but im hoping that will sort itself out in next few months, but it is tad hard.
