I agree with Mosley; the FIA have governed the sport and set the rules for 60 years; why should things change now that suddenly there is a few manufacturers running teams.

Because the FIA is rotten to the core.

I'd disagree with that  .

I hope that wink means you know what pissheads they are!

Branson should give up his sponsorship with Brawn and propose the Virgin race series and invite all the teams to join.

That exact thought crossed my mind!!

If not Branson then someone else in a position to do so, if not now then we're stuck with Max and Bernie playing their stupid games and f***ing up the sport.

I simply don't agree with teams running the sport; that's like letting the lunatics run the asylum... each team will have their own agenda and try to push through rules that benefit them; this is why the sport needs a body like the FIA; OK Max has implemented some stupid rules like the KERS system but I believe a budget cap is in the best interests of the sport. Gone are the days of Ferrari favouritism, F1 needs to evolve to continue in the current economic climate and if that was left up to FOTA things would never change, which I get the feeling that many of you on this forum want to happen. The manufacturers are huge conglomerates that can't adjust to change effectively so want to keep things as the are. And they are being overtaken by the times; I wholeheartedly agree with the budget cap idea if not the amount; €100m would be more sensible. Bernie Ecclestone needs to change his ideas as well; circuits won't pay his extortionate fees forever and we'll see more and more circuits drop off the calendar as the financial pinch hits punters going to the races. I don't expect many on this forum to agree with my logic as you all seem to be Max Mosley/Bernie Ecclestone haters. Companies that don't change with the times wither and die; I believe that Max and the FIA are trying to stop the rot before it completely stagnates.

We prefer the term Celts.
However I'm not from the Highlands.

you dont need to be from the highlands to become classed as being a celt, "the whole of ireland and scotland" and parts of england, wales and europe were all classed as being celtic ;)

Anyway about that Mosley bloke, he`s a fanny :D
