JB and LH would make very good team mates

That would be pretty cool.

I think James Allen would have a cardiac arrest...

Speaking of hair, I remember Ham-Boy's mini-fro from his GP2 days, he looked way cooler than he does now. McLaren insited on Hamilton and Alonso having co-ordinated haircuts and sideburns in 2007, it looked so lame. Both of them looked cooler in 2006

Yep, no facial hair either. I bet that's why Nick got turned down in 2001.

Curse you, Ron Dennis! :P

And it's no wonder Mansell's McLaren drve in 1995 didn't last long, Ron probably didn't like Mansell's trademark tache. :hehe:

Oh, now we're talking. It's so strange looking at old pictures of the fro.

Also, Lewis can't even grow facial hair. Thats why he's doing no good. Jenson beard = 5 wins. Nick got 2nd in that BMW (the best result from the chasing pack). In GP2, a certain d’Ambrosio has grown a beard (he calls it his lucky beard), and has suddenly turned his form upside down. See, this is why women are no good in F1

Oh. I didn't see this thread. I wouldn't have wasted my opinion on other Brawn threads!

Hamilton is better. I don't like Button. I never have. Perhaps I would've liked him if I started watching in his BAR days. He reminds me of an annoying pom at work. :hehe:

But, I think Lewis Hamilton's doing quite good in a "mediocre" (still bad - Jensonb :hehe: ) car. I think Button could've done much better in his Honda days.

I must ask why you think that is. Sixth place in the only good car that Honda gave him is very respectable - he even kept it on track to win a race during that year. The other two cars were no better than backmarker-quality, really.

So what? Barichello finished third. (Okay, so that was an unusual Grand Prix.) But, only one points finish, compare to Barichello's podium.

2007 I only watched the European races. However, hats off to Jenson for this year's performance.

This is, however, an unusual season. You cannot say that Jenson is better, because Brawn had an advantage. Jenson Button has to win the WDC, because he has the best car. Look at Hamilton who one the championship in the second best car, with only one retirement, and the whole world against him.

I don't know why people say it was only the second best car. At cooler tracks, it was better than the F2008. At wet tracks, it was better than the F2008. They were equal throughout a season.

May be something to do with the fact the F2008 won the constructors? Added to the fact the Ferrari had more tracks which suited it better! There were only a few races where McLaren dominated the weekend.
