the way it is written and logic tell me it means with paddle-shift, with shift w/o lift and with traction control.
The only way traction control is not included would be if it's linked to shift, i.e., shift w/o traction control - which doesn't make sense technically.

I guess the question is, did the car have traction control in the final round of the '94 championship? That would probably determine whether or not it's included in the package listed.

A worthy Champion too, just for the way he carried the team forward after Senna's death, helping Coulthard find his feet and his performances at Silverstone and Suzuka.
