no you're confused it was Jarno Truli who was forced of then nailed the throttle. It was the williams who was battleing Alonso
No one was at fault for the accident. Rosberg jerked battling with Alonso, which in turn forced truili into a spin. You can't really blame anyone there.
You might want to double check your DVR. Alonso forced a car off who then came back on to force a williams(?) car off, who then in an atempt to save as many places as possible (and keep from getting stuck in the gravel) nailed the throttle and reentered the circuit just about sideways.
Everyone who was on the track saw it and slid to thier left to avoid him. The only one who didn't had went wide in turn 1 and was coming back onto the circuit looking for the inside track to turn 3 and T Boned him(williams?) because the cross traffic (moving left to avoid the re-entering car)obscured his view.
I'm not sure what forced (was it) Sutil (?) off in turn 1.
