fisichella was dropped 5 places for blocking yamamoto from completing his fast lap at full speed... yamamoto was last on the grid and would not have improved even if fisichella hadn't held him up.
alonso deliberately waited and extra 10 seconds with the team waving at him and telling him on the radio to move his bottom.. in doing so he deliberately stopped hamilton, at that time on pole, and alonso's only competitor for pole, from completing his fast lap.
so you are telling me that a MISJUDGEMENT by fisichella, on track, is punishable, but a DELIBERATE ACT by alonso in the pit lane, is not?
