I'm not sure you can simply generalize from your perception that MM and BE are racist. First of all, that would remain to be proven. Second, look at all the teams with all their employees - thousands of people right there. If you can quote a study, a survey, a report that indicates that there's pervasive racism going on in the paddock, then and only then could you claim that racism is part of the institution that is F1.
