back on topic, like i mentioned previously, i see Vettel might have a strong possibility to be in the red car in the long term.
but short term, i think alonso will get into the red car once the iceman leaves.

Thank you Ewan, I wasn't going to respond because I've heard it 1 Million times before... Schumacher certainly had a few tricks up his sleeve, add that with his talent and well, 7 times doesn't tell the complete story, it could have so easily been 10. Schumi's fans know he's aggressive, always trying to push the envelope, sometimes too far, which is understandable, he's only human. That's what made him so exciting to watch, that's why he had so many fans...

I don't even think you can compare Hamilton and Schumacher. Schumacher had arrogance because he was so good. Hamilton has arrogance but it's different. I never heard Schumacher blame the team for anything and Hamilton is strutting around like he's already a multiple WDC.

No offence but that's the biggest load of crap I've heard. Once again you proved to us that according to you It's OK to Lie and be an bottom as long as you win and your name is Schumacher. When Schumacher was being an Arrogant bottom he had yet to win 7 WDC. I would say His largest spell of being an arrogant bottom was after he had only won the WDC once . If MS could have easily had 10 WDC then why didn't he? It's "understandable that MS was aggressive" and he "was only human" what does that make LH in your eyes? No one here, that's a fan of LH thinks he's anything more than Human, do you think he's less than human? Do you think Hamilton is not a good driver, or that he's slow? If so what do you think of FM and KR he beat them last year with a slower car and no free FIA points. Nothing you say in trying to compare Schumacher and Hamilton has ever made any sense whatsoever so please stop trying to make the comparison. You obviously Worship Schumacher as your God and your blind faith makes you post statements that are totally irrational.

deMuRe is right though, Schumacher won 7 titles and can count himself unlucky not to have won more. It's astounding really! Self confidence is an important part of being a successful F1 driver and knowing just how good you are is important when helping the team decide on strategy etc. Hamilton has been shielded by his team from mistakes he's made in the past in order to keep his confidence up and this may have led to some arrogance in his demeanor. i'm sure that as he progresses, he will mature into a more grounded character and an even better driver than he already is.

I was really hoping that Ferrari were going to replace Massa with Vettel at the start of last season after his shambolic performances at the Australian and Malaysian GPs. I still don't really rate Massa but he's gonna be way harder to fire now after the season he put together last year. That leaves Kimi. It would be a loss to the sport to see him retire prematurely but his heart seems to lie elsewhere sometimes and he's got his championship.

In my ideal world, Ferrari would sack Massa, treat Kimi like he's a god or something to keep his motivation up and get Vettel in as an apprentice for when Kimi retires. Then they could play tennis and get drunk together

I totally agree with you about driver's arrogance (Like your avatar too) but to say Schumacher was without fault is . I liked to watch MS for the same reason I like LH. They both possess incredible car control, they both seem to get the most from their cars, and they're both very aggressive. It's not astounding he didn't win more and it's not just unlucky, IT's Racing. That's just the way it goes. If I were to use your "Lucky" argument I would say it was "lucky" for MS that Senna crashed, because if he hadn't MS would have had to race him most of his career and he probably would not have won 7 WDC. So please keep the irrational "Unlucky" theory out of it, it makes no sense whatsoever.

Uh, wrong: AS was in his twilight career-wise already, a few more years and he'd retired anyway. So MS would have raced him only into the middle of the uncompetitive early years with Ferrari.

It doesn't really matter, because it didn't happen, witch is the point I'm trying to make. There are certain people who think that Schumacher was a God, and "could have won more if he wasn't so unlucky" or that it's "OK he cheated and lied because he won more", and in general I think it's a load of . Schumacher Was an Incredible driver but he made mistakes like everyone else, He won 7 WDC because that's all he deserved to win.
