None of us can say for sure if the topic valid or not. We're all on the outside looking in and shouldn't make claims for or against it. I certainly thought about due to what seems like inconsistency with rulings against Hamilton. But it could also be contempt for Mclaren which he happens to drive for.

However, SUTIL IS AN ACTIVE F1 DRIVER AND KNOWS THE PARTIES INVOLVED. Friend of Hamilton or not, we have to consider the issue serious when someone like him ponders the question.

I'd say the latter is still correct because Kovalainen has been on the receiving end of a few dodgy decisions regarding penalties as well as Hamilton. Although admittedly some of them were his own doing, such as clumsily driving into Webber at the Bus stop chicane at Spa.
