If you were managing Mclaren what would have you done after the first Stewards inquiry of the Australian Race.
Take into consideration what we know as fact not Speculation:
The Team and #1 driver salvaged a fourth place finish.
Your driver did an interview after the race and told the press he was informed by his team to let Trulli Pass.
Your Driver and Sporting Director went into a Steward's meeting and denied* letting Trulli pass.
*No speculation into who started the lie.
You Know FIA has access to your radio transmissions and telemetry and In 4 days you have to go to another steward's meeting over the same situation.
What do you do?

Order them both to come clean and accept whatever penalty is given to them by the FiA.

That depends. Do I know that they lied, did I instruct Dave Ryan to tell Lewis to lie, or am I completely in the dark?

You know they lied.
I should also add that your personal feelings for Hamilton don't count he's your #1 driver and you've spent a lot of $$$ on him.

In that case, I would contact the FIA and inform them of what happened, in the hope that it would be a positive step towards rectifying the situation. Then, I'd drag Ryan and Hamilton in to a room and demand to know just what on Earth they were thinking. They'd probably both receive a suspension for an amount of time, with appropriate people being brought in to fill their roles temporarily. Of course, then I'd see my team facing whatever punishment from the FIA, but I'd make sure that both people involved went up before whoever it is that deals with this kind of incident and explain themselves.

Both of them would be faced with the threat that a repeat would see them out of their jobs, and then I would leave it at that.

i would of covered it up as long as i could.

i mean f*** trulli.

then if the FIA found out i would of told them to lie again.

then if the FIA came to the concison that my drivers and sporting direct had lied.

I would make a statment and say that my Driver is totaly innoncent and then suppsend the sporting director.

i would then accuse Ferrari of cheating because Kimi had a magnum and a coke while the race was officaly on going and he hadn't retired.

this would then confuse the FIA and they would be forced to drop all charges and reinste the oz result.

What would you do different if you told them to lie in the first place?

An interesting question, and one that I can't answer because it's not anything I would ever do. I honestly do not know what I would do differently in that case.

It's all for the fun of it, Let's say in a rare moment of lack of wisdom, after the race you told them both to lie.

I couldn't say that for myself. If I was the kind of person who was willing to give that order in the first place, I can't say I would not be the kind of person to carry it on as long as possible in the hopes that I kept the extra point and shiny piece of metal.
